He's suing the school for giving preferential treatment to popular students and promoting a social caste system that made him flunk biology. The defendant: Brooke McQueen. As the most popular girl in school, she's representing Kennedy High. She's accused of trading good looks for good grades. The cases and the litigants are real. Principal Hall has convinced them to settle their disputes here in the Popular People's Court! Lilly and Sam are determined to help Emory win his case in mock court. While they wrestle with the issues, Josh and Sugar Daddy are stoked for the return of wrestling season. But Principal Hall drops a bomb when she tells Sugar Daddy that there's no weight class he can wrestle in without putting other students in danger. Sugar Daddy feels like he's just been pinned. When he's called as a witness in the trial to defend his mistreatment of unpopular Emory, he testifies with righteous conviction that everybody gets dissed in high school one way or another. The unpopular kids use Emory's trial to speak out, but he ultimately drops the charges. Going up? |
