"Under Siege"

Sam's mom and Brooke's dad decide to have a
family dinner so everyone can get to know each
other better. The girls are less than thrilled. As far
as they're concerned, they know each other well
enough, and the parent of the enemy can't be
much better.
Brooke buys out the entire front row of the school
musical, to prove to Josh that she believes in him,
and manages to patch up their relationship.
Meanwhile, Mr. Vincent steals the football and
cheerleading teams' budget records, which are
totally outrageous of course, and gives them to
Sam to run in the school newspaper. Coach Peritti
is forced to cut back, and the cheerleaders will be
the first to get the axe. That is, unless the team
wins the homecoming game and convinces the
alumni to increase their donations. To make
things even more insane, Mr. Vincent moves the
date of the school musical to the same night as
the big game, which means that Josh won't be
able to play. Freaked out, Brooke pressures him
to quit the musical. Josh can't take it anymore and
dumps her like yesterday's recyclables.
On the night of the dinner, Brooke and Sam take
their personal battle to new heights and the entire
evening is ruined. Sam and Brooke apologize to
each other, realizing that they've both been totally
rotten to their parents.
The teachers at Kennedy High are acting like
brats, too, and Principal Hall puts her foot down
and demands that they grow up. Mr. Vincent is
fired for stealing files. When the star quarterback
wants to be a star, people can act a little crazy.
